   • Service (A+): The owners Rodrigo & Rodrigo are very hospitable and welcoming. Our server Christian was attentive and made many great recommendations, explained the menu and wine pairings and provided quality service. They waste no time clearing your table due to the limited space and quickly give you new plates with each course served. Solid & classy attentive service. • Appearance (A+ interior): The restaurant is extremely well kept to include all areas, dining, kitchen and bathrooms. The atmosphere has a modern vibe. At first glance the tables & space looks tight however, once you’re settled in it’s rather comfortable. Food Quality (A+): Our food was amazing! This place prepares and cooks their food with absolute love. Their pizza is consistent and the dough is of the highest quality. CAPITALE uses conquista Italian flour which is extremely light and easy to digest. Rodrigo & Rodrigo use the highest quality ingredients, curated flavors from all over the globe to craft a truly unique spin on pizza paying tribute to other countries flavors. A whole new level and way to showcase world flavors on a pizza! This is not a typical cheese & pepperoni pizza parlor where you can order by the slice. This is a Willy Wonka type pizzeria where you’re in for a real treat. Rodrigo & Rodrigo do a magnificent job of bringing you a taste of Italy and the world! You’ll be surprised and amazed on the flavor combinations. If you don’t like their pizza, you simply do not appreciate great bold flavors, other cultures and amazing food. • Cost (A+): For the quality ingredients and service, their pies are surprisingly reasonable. Other so called gourmet pizza places will charge you $35 & up for a pepperoni and cheese pizza parlor, etc. You are getting more for your money here at CAPITALE! • Overall (A+): I judge a restaurant by two simple standards (Return or never come back). I will be back multiple times when I’m in Seattle for this gourmet pizza! My new favorite spot in WA

   Saturday nights will always be an incredibly busy time for a restaurant especially one in a downtown setting but mix a busy Saturday night with a cramped restaurant where there is barely space between tables and it turns into a recipe for a not so great experience. Due to the cramped quarters, table’s were struggling to be heard over others with minimal room to navigate between tables. Our table was sat before the table next to us however the waiter accidentally forgot and didn’t start taking our order until after theirs. I get how busy a restaurant is but to continually get lost in the mix was a different experience. In order to even get service I had to stare down the poor waiter which was not a fun experience.

   The two pizzas we tried were delicious. Everyone in the restaurant seems to be enjoying themselves. The staff were attentive and fun.

   We drove 30 minutes to eat at this gem. The ambiance and the friendliness of the staff made us very welcome. The pizzas we ordered were very creatively delicious. Will be back and bring friends.

   Excellent all around! We couldn’t decide on which pizza, so we tried three with the intent to have leftovers. Each one was fantastic, and each so different from each other. Service was fantastic. Definitely going back:)

   We tried this place and it did not disappoint. We got the Burrata and it was so good. Came with their homemade focaccia bread. Also with pesto and blistered tomatoes. Then we had the Calabria pizza. So good. The service was excellent. The owner also came over and talked to us. We are going back for sure. We even tried their Nduja (spreadable spicy sausage).

    Such a great little spot on Capitol Hill! Pizza was delicious and so many options! Cute and cozy inside. Service was top notch. Good price point. Not a single complaint. We will be back soon!
