Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene.     I made this reservation at the recommendation of a friend who lives in Vegas. It did NOT disappoint. If you’re looking for a spot in the Fremont area that doesn’t feel like a tourist destination, this is a delicious and special spot that definitely will make your evening extra fun. The best bites of the night were the Brussels sprouts Caesar, pear salad, rabbit farfalle, and bread pudding. Thanks for a great dinner!!

    Everything we tried on the menu was outstanding! Bartender was very knowledgeable and a master of his craft. Cocktails were top notch! Highly recommend this hidden gem

    Everything was really good, starting at the bar. The bartender was friendly and accommodating and made a fantastic Manhattan and slightly dirty martini (he got the slightly!). The food was all amazing. We had the chicken skin - crispy and with the honey, lightly spicy. Our server steered us to the Brussels sprout Caesar salad, which was just perfect. Mac n cheese was nice and creamy. And then the proteins. Steak for the hubs - perfectly cooked and sliced to make eating it easier. Trout for me - perfectly cooked. Skin was crispy but the fish itself not at all o er cooked. The curry was spicy with a long slow burn, but complemented the fish. Overall, it was a great night. Will definitely be coming back!

    Our Lyft driver had recommended Carson Kitchen when we asked where the locals go and what some of his favorite restaurant were. We loved everything about it!

    Great local eatery, just outside the bustle of Fremont Street. We ate late (9:45pm) so it was uncrowded and delightfully quiet! Sat at the chef's bar to watch the action- the counter doesn't quite have enough overhang for knee-room, but we managed to avoid losing any food on our laps. Too the server's suggestions: deviled eggs, black rice oxtail risotto, and NY strip to share between two of us. Everything was delicious, but we were too stuffed to try the desserts. Great cocktails we enjoyed as well: the Leisure Suit Larry, a butterscotchy elixer; and the Swipe Right, a fruity mule drink. Highly recommend!

    Great lunch meal with a lot of different variety. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Las Vegas.

    Amazing food and great atmosphere. Would recommend everything except the blue cheese cheese cake. That was strange haha. But the rest is so good.
