    This was my first visit to Carson’s at Andover. We were there for lunch. We were busy chatting with each other & forgot to look at the menu. Legend, our server was patient & kind, put no pressure on us to hurry up. We all ordered the special of a patty melt smash burger served on sourdough bread. It was tasty and cooked perfectly. For a side I ordered a cup of the chicken tortilla soup. Lightly spicy, great taste. If I could give a 10 for service, I would have. From the hosts greeting, to seating, to our great server. Loved the ambiance of this Carson’s.

    Luke did an excellent job of seeing us. The food was great. Appreciated the watchful eye of the MOD checking on every table and asking how our food was shortly after it was delivered. There were a lot of larger holiday parties going on and every spot in the parking lot was taken. My only negative comment has nothing to do with the Carson’s staff. Because it was snowing, I walked to the far lot to get my car and drove up to the front entrance to pick up my 2 waiting guests. We sat there for over 6 minutes waiting for a truck in one lane and a car in our lane to pull out so we could leave. After 6 minutes of waiting patiently, I had to put the car in reverse to leave. The other vehicles were still blocking traffic when we left. They were apparently waiting for their guests to come outside. It would have been nice if one of them would have drove out and back around to the entrance in consideration of others. It seemed like they thought they were the only ones there and had all night to wait and block the exit. We love Carson’s!

    I rarely give 5 stars as it should sooo difficult to achieve. But even little mistakes that are treated as an opportunity to provide even better service - well, the food was excellent for all six of us… Anna & “Smilely” along with the food-runners and SAs, killed it! We’ll be back before Christmas!

    As always, amazing food and cocktails, but the drinks are pretty slow arriving after ordering. A wonderful place to eat nonetheless.

    Wonderful time. Beautiful facility. We were seated out back so the noise level was quiet compared to the more moderate levels in the main area. Food was fantastic as always and the wait staff including our waitress Julie went above and beyond all of our expectations.

    Very excellent service and food! Second time visiting and it is more quiet in a booth than in the open part of the restaurant.

    We drove down to Lexington from Cincinnati for a day of Christmas shopping and stopped by Carson’s for brunch. The food was beyond delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. Our waiter, Aidan, was polite, attentive, and gave us great recommendations on menu options. I told my husband I would like to join them again in January for my birthday dinner and we cannot wait! Definitely recommend!
