We are beyond excited to move into our fine city! Taking our next residency from Feb 2nd until 31st May, In collaboration with 'Eighteen' on Colmore Row, a private members club with luxurious bar & outdoor terrace where you will be on top of the city to drink in the views before or after dinner in a unique & one off experience in Birmingham City Centre!
Please note that the full menu price is £150 per person. We will take a non-refundable £75 pp deposit at the time of booking with the balance to be paid when you visit. Reservations are for 1-18 guests at Eighteen. The boardroom features a large, 18-seat circular communal table. (Wine pairing available on the day. Experience is 2hours 30minutes. Bar until midnight).
This booking is for our new 'pop up' location in Birmingham city centre: 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3AG (Eighteenth floor).

Absolutely incredible food. Q really well thought out menu, with fantastic flavours. Drinks pairing was excellent. Service was wonderful and was great to have chef bringing dishes and talking about the food. Thoroughly recommended.

Never had the pleasure of visiting Carters of Moseley, however decided to take a look at Carters@18 for dinner with the missus (it was her birthday). The actual venue is on the 18 floor of the new office block on Colmore Row. the views of the city are superb and the interior design of the place is brilliant. The food itself is simply devine, with each course presented with an explanation of the origin of the ingredients and their source (mostly local). I would thoroughly recommend a visit to here, especially for a special occassion, Brad himself was a great host and got involved with the diners, overall a real 5* experience.

Carters exceeded all our expectations! Each dish was nothing short of a masterpiece and the wine pairing beautifully complimented each dish and (the cocktails were also exceptional). The attentive staff anticipated our every need, making the dining experience truly unforgettable. A culinary gem deserving of all it’s accolades.

The food and service were exceptional - it made us wonder why it was so long since we had been to Carters. We will definitely go back. Staff were really helpful with choosing the wines and explaining the dishes. All the food was of a high standard but the scallop dish in particular was sensational.
