Waitress was remarkably curt. This is abnormal for my experiences at Carve. Am trying the location in North central Austin this week. I am hoping for a better service there. Bon Appetite.

Came here for a company end of year dinner. The food was excellent and the waitstaff was lovely. Everyone enjoyed their food, dessert and wine.

Had a very nice evening at Carve. We went for a quick, mid-week dinner. The French dip sandwich and the spaghetti squash were both great, though the place was busy & noisy. Service was great and we will return soon.

Great food and awesome service! Really enjoyed the chicken soup with fresh rosemary, beet salad with whipped feta and the entree with salmon and meatloaf cupcake.

We have given the place its last chance. We always show up hopeful (as we live in the neighborhood) and leave with a much lighter wallet and a sub par experience. Services was slow, orders were incorrect, food was average and price was high. Three strikes and you are out.
