I made the reservation and went to the place and there was an private event so they put me to have dinner outside , it was cold and raining, and I couldn’t event go to the toilet if it nos was threw the kitchen!! Oufull time ! You shouldn’t take reservations if there is a private event and the other are going to be treated like that!

I loved everything about Casa Neos from the start to the end. Except the music being too loud , as most restaurants in Miami. The service is amazing , a lot of staff , everything is smooth. The food is amazing and very tasty. And the birthday celebration was top tier.

Los tragos y el postre nada que buenos de resto todo espectacular… Bastante espera para que te den la mesa… Drinks and dessert are below average… The food outstanding. You have to wait a lot to get your table eventhoug i had a reservation.

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We went with high expectations as it’s supposed to be a trendy, high-end place, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was extremely expensive for what it was, and the service was terrible. The waiters were rushing us to order food and drinks, and overall, I felt like I received service comparable to a fast-food place despite spending thousands of dollars.

We celebrated a birthday Arvada NEOS and the management and staff just couldn’t do enough to make this a memorable celebration!!! The restaurant was jam packed with well dressed trendy affluent people of all ages yet the staff seemed to treat everyone like VIP!! I will say that it’s difficult to talk because the noise is quite loud, music blaring!! The food was delicious but the way that it was served was a bit disorganized and disappointing We did enjoy ourselves but I think it’s geared to a younger crowd
