We offer a house baked bread basket to accompany our authentic Italian menu in a relaxed atmosphere with a well appointed bar. We have the best patio with a fireplace in Birmingham called “Piazza”

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm for Happy Hour. Only the Happy Hour menu will be available during that hour.

    The Tagliatelle Bolognese, Tomato Braised Meatballs & Chicken Parmigiana were amazing!! The service was spectacular up until the end. At exactly 1:45 hour mark, the waiters & staff kicked our party out, which we felt was extremely rude & not great customer service. The food was good, but there are definitely better authentic Italian restaurants with much better service!

    The food was mediocre, nothing about this dining experience was good! I would not suggest it at all!!!!

    We had a wonderful server in Elena, who kept excellent tabs on us the entire evening. The burrata is a luscious dish, with some serious heat sprinkled throughout the plating. Bronzino and Lamb rags pasta were spot on. Kudos to the kitchen on a fabulous dinner!

    I’ve been to casa Pernoi a few times and had mixed experiences. Always have the ragu and add sausage. Tonight they would not add sausage bc they said it was a set menu w no substitutions whatsoever. Firm. In my opinion, if you’re paying for fine dining italian and you want to add protein to a dish, that should not be an issue- especially if that’s what they’ve done every other time. I heard almost every nearby table ask for something and be told no. Probably won’t be going back.
