Located adjacent to Encore Beach Club, the restaurant is the ultimate destination for vibey social dining in a chic, vibrant setting. Chef Sarah Thompson’s menu draws inspiration from recipes that express Mexico’s rich culinary heritage, using seasonal ingredients that are thoughtfully and sustainably sourced. We enjoyed a wonderful meal before The Eagles at the Sphere. The cocktails were all on point, excellent staff and our meals were wonderful. The shrimp ceviche and short rib were amazing.

What a delight! Amazing design, service was quick and attentive. We loved the carnitas to share and the bib lettuce salad which is more like a Caesar. And…the churros!!!! It was nice to have authentic food with authentic service in such a beautiful setting

Beyond excellent!!! The service was exceptional!! All four of our dishes were delicious!! The shrimp ceviche was out of this world!!

Beautiful restaurant and quiet ambiance. Chicken tinga was amazing but huge portions! We could have shared the 4 enchiladas. Same for the salad. Loved the churros!
