   I had high expectations for this restaurant based on some reviews but the food was surprisingly bland and the service was terrible.

   I’m not sure if the server was new, but service was very slow. At one point we had to go to the bar to order drinks. Had to send the fillet back twice because it was cooked incorrectly. The manager took the fillet off the bill, which was appreciated, but overall I would not go back.

   Lovely experience from start to finish. Staff were exceptional, our server Cheryl was attentive to our needs at all times and was very pleasant. Food choices and quality were excellent. The Seafood station was exceptional as was the roast beef. The wine choices I taught need to be reviewed, I would have loved a non sparkling white wine with brunch, as far as Im aware it wasnt available on our brunch package. We both really enjoyed the experience from start to finish and will return very soon.

   Came in earlier than our reservation, so, the restaurant was not at all busy. Staff is wonderful. Attentive, polite, engaging. We had apps and then got room service from the same kitchen later and then sat down for breakfast the next day. Everything was wonderful. I’m pretty picky. Three meals, no complaints.

   I wish I remembered our servers name but we had the most fabulous dinner last night. His recommendations were spot on - absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that there wasn’t more black cod! It was so delicious that by the time he came to ask how our first bites were, I was almost on my last bite! The lamb dish was so flavorful. My guy and I went for our birthday and several of the staff signed a birthday card for us and brought us a beautiful dessert. We only wish we had eaten here more than the one time! We will absolutely be back.

   Wonderful dining experience. A definite 10/10. Food was so tasty with flavor that was unexpected. Would definitely return as well as recommend.

   Wonderful to experience at Catalina. The bar tenders are great mixologists. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. There is something for everyone on the menu. The restaurant itself is beautiful, very inviting. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Stafff are super friendly and attentive.

   The food was very good and it had a wide variety of spirits and wine. The service was just ok. I feel as if they need to educate the staff a bit more on the menu items, Catalina and Pom Pom are fairly new and we ate at both while visiting the Island.

    Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous ambiance. The food however was a disappointment. There is a disconnect between the menu items/descriptions and what you get. For example I ordered Ceviche to be told it’s vegetarian and would I like to add a protein? It came as an arugula salad with a bunch of chopped veggies and some grilled shrimp. The romaine salad was charred which gave it a burnt flavour with wilted leaves. Had olives and artichokes? The miso glazed cod didn’t taste like miso and had some other sauce base. And the Caribbean lobster came raw in the middle. The cheesecake advertised a graham cracker crust but that too was lacking with a day old whipped cream blob. For the price, it was quite a disappointment. Good thing the rooftop bar at the hotel made up for our dining experience. Pom Pom was great drinks and ambiance!
