Welcome to the first Cecconi's in Manhattan!

Situated on the first floor of the Ned Nomad, this modern-day classic Italian restaurant serves hand-made pasta, wood oven-fired pizza, seafood, and dishes from Northern Italy.

Design details include a hand-chipped mosaic and terrazzo striped floor, a new take on the traditional Cecconi’s stripe, set against navy velvet banquettes, golden-yellow leather chairs, and a polished timber bar, inspired by classic mid-century Italian Trattorias.

Cecconi’s is open to the public, with advance reservations for members and hotel guests.

Amazing Italian menu and delicious food. Bobby Flay’s recommendation. Drinks, appetizers and dinner so rushed. Not staged. Reservation at 630 check at 730. Large table behind our table for two. People standing and milling around our table for most off our dinner. Disappointed destination dinner in New York on our first night. Not the ambiance we expected.

The cocktails in my bill had some upcharges that I have never seen before in any other restaurants including Cecconni’s Miami or Dumbo. I did not ask for a more expensive substitute for the liquor on the two different cocktails that we had; the answer from the restaurant sounded like something from Applebee’s.

An overall amazing experience. The food, the service… The hostesses were arrogant and not very friendly, but my server made up for that. She was awesome. All her recommendations spot on!

I’ve been to Cecconis from Amsterdam to LA and everywhere in between. Aside from our waitress, the staff at Cecconis Nomad NYC seemed to have very little interest in being there or providing any positive experience for guest’s. Been to this location several times. I was there the week this restaurant opened a couple years ago. Last night will be the last time. I’ll stick with the ones in LA and Amsterdam (and Mayfair and Shoreditch and Copenhagen).

Food was delicious. Pricing was reasonable. Ambiance was good. There was no salt & pepper on my table. Took some time to find a waiteress to bring me the salt & pepper well after my food came out. To be fair, I was there during a shift change.
