   Had a great experience at Ceiba and enjoyed every dish, especially the ceviche. Will be back to try more!

   It was not the experience we were hoping for. Very casual, food was not great, the music kept getting really loud and the style of music was all over the place.

   Delicious tapas style dishes which we all shared. Really good flavors and textures.

   We have seen positive reviews of Ceiba and we decided to try it on a Cold Friday night. We were extremely pleased with our dinner and think that this is a great addition to our Lincoln Park neighborhood. We were recently in Mexico City and this restaurant would fit in well with the great small restaurants in the Condesa and the Roma neighborhoods. The food was great and clearly there is a chef in the kitchen. We will definitely be back and will recommend Ceiba to our friends.

   This is a wonderful new place on Clark St., just north of Fullerton. A Latin inspired menu but not Mexican. I recommend this place highly.

   Food was great. Truly. In fact, the Brussels sprouts with the chuleta were so good they deserve to be their own menu item and not a second thought add on to the pork chop. Drinks were perfectly fine but zero wow factor. Seemed like they needed a little more pop. Service was not great though. Taking our dinner order while carrying an arm load of some other table’s dirty dishes was icky. More importantly—and since dishes are meant to be shared—they MUST start switching out plates and silverware between courses. Ours were never changed—I’m quite certain the chef didn’t intend for us to eat pork and Mole from a dish still swimming in citrusy ceviche sauce. But some minor tweaks and this place could be really really special. Again though: food rocks and at a good price.

   Food was delicious, steak seemed overpriced for the quality. Overall enjoyable experience, would go back again.

    Phenomenal food. The menus, cocktails and food, are not overwhelming. I enjoyed the already divided columns for vegetarian, meat, and sea food options. The cocktails were strong and full of flavors - a fantastic combination. I recommend the pork chop and the octopus; solid options. Excited to come back!
