Ceiba at the Conrad Orlando made our birthday dinner absolutely unforgettable! The food was phenomenal—every dish bursting with flavor—and the service was truly top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return and relive this exceptional dining experience. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely amazing!! Everyone was super friendly and nice, our server Leonardo made sure that my boyfriend had an awesome birthday!! We will definitely be going back!

This is my go-to spot when I want to impress out-of-town friends and clients. Such a unique menu and vibe. The view is the best in Orlando, and the service takes you back to a time when the guest was treated like royalty.

Incredible experience. The service is five star all the way. Everyone is clearly trained and works together very well. Drinks downstairs before dinner, and upstairs were creative and excellent. The meal was top notch, and represented the advertised experience of high end mexican perfectly. My only complaint is that pricing is all over the place. Tacos for $18-20 is very reasonable. The Birria Res for two, at $125, with no sides just seems excessive.

Everything was amazing. From our Server to the Restaurant manager Rob. They made our night an outstanding one for my husbands bday. Food and drinks were on point. The beef tartare and short rib were delicious. Will be back soon for sure !

Queso fundido was terrible. Cheese was dry and almost solid. Had to cut it out in slices to eat it. Server was not attentive. Disappointed for sure.

The ambiance was immaculate and perfect for a special occasion, which is why we visited as we were celebrating a birthday. The atmosphere is beautiful and intamite. However, with an establishment of this caliber I had high expectations as far as service & food go. I was ultimately disappointed especially in the service received. The drinks & desert were the highlight of the meal while the food was not memorable. The queso was thick and broke our tortilla chips. We ordered blue crab guac for the table which was fresh but lacked seasoning all around. For my meal I had the carnitas which was good but I would not recommend Ceiba for the food. Additionally, one of our guest in the party sat and watched everyone else eat their entrees for whatever reason, while everyone had finished their dinner he was just getting his meal. I let the staff know that we were celebrating a birthday & that I wanted the desert to be special. I was told by staff a certain dessert was recommended as it was good for “show” as it was supposed to be served with a pour of chocolate to accompany the dessert. The server brought the desserts but there was no attempt to wish my boyfriend a happy birthday nor was there a candle like most places include. We used the table candle to make a wish. Although our party made sure to make the occasion special the staff did not. Overall, the ambiance was beautiful but with the unexceptional service and forgettable food, not worth a second trip.
