The place and view is beautiful. The food was good, but not espectacular given the price. Good place for an special occasion if you can afford it.

My husband and I enjoyed authentic Mexican steak dishes on Thanksgiving day! The lobby lounge and restaurant are both stunning. We had reservations for 7 PM, but we arrived early, hoping that they could accommodate us. The host offered us an available table without us having to ask! They placed us at the most beautiful two seat table by open window to where you could see the entire Evermore lagoon and it is breathtaking. However, our service and the actual food was even more beautiful than the scenery. My steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. There were no mistakes on my husband’s fish tacos, everything came out piping, hot and delicious. I am a chef, but I do not reveal that. I wanted to see the authenticity and service as a raw customer. This restaurant did not disappoint. From the plating details, taste, consistency and authenticity… everything was spot on. Job well done.

Hicham was incredibly catering and suggested items that really elevated the experience. I was surprised that shrimp or chicken options weren’t offered. To our delight, Hicham spoke the chef on our behalf and these delicious chicken tacos were brought out which made our experience a whole lot better . He is definitely as asset to the restaurant

This was our second time having dinner here and have to say the only thing that’s good about the place is the view. I like to give places second chances in hopes the food would be better but this place is trying too hard to make Mexican fancy. We order the ~$60 flank steak and they served it over runny black beans and steak was chewy. We order the chorizo appetizer it looked nice but tasted like cardboard. You needed to pour the hot salsa served with the appetizer just to taste anything. Also ordered the grouper tacos which again presentation was nice but tasted like the chorizo app zero flavor and just basic over fried fish. My 78 year old father in law order the steak tacos and he never complains in fact he did not say how bad it was until we got in the car. I felt bad because he wanted to take us out for a nice dinner while he is on a budget and spent a lot for nothing and he reiterated it was a waste of money. I can keep going… $21 for a basic kids quesadilla $21 for a side of rice and beans which was about the only thing that had flavor. The bar and mixologists are great but the pours are minimal. I ordered an old fashioned took the ice cube out and not even sure if there was 1oz of bourbon that I paid a premium for. We are locals and have stayed at the Conrad and have done brunch at Sophia’s but will NEVER go back to Cieba. I would say this is a one drink place to catch the sunset but would not go further. I would consider utilizing this space and turning it into a new restaurant.

2nd time dining here and it was just as fun this time around. The first time was a larger group and the second was an intimate night with my wife. Both worked great with the ambience carried out with the staff and food/drinks.

Margaritas were good. Small basket of tortilla chips and salsas were $20. Entrees were lukewarm when they came out. Disappointed!

We ate here while on our mini-moon after getting married on 11•16•2024. The food, service, ambiance and outstanding views were nothing short of amazing! We were able to see the firework shows from Magic Kingdom and Epcot as we dined and overlooked all of Evermore resort where we stayed, it was truly magical! Thank you for the amazing dining experience and we look forward to eating here again on our next stay, we for sure will be back! Also get the Chocolate Flan dessert - trust us..it's unreal!!!

Our server Leo's recommendations were great! Flavorful food and delicious drinks! A great dinner with fantastic views of the resort and Disney fireworks!
