                                                  Service was great! Atmosphere was good! Loved the apps! We had calamari and bao buns. Super tasty. The entrees we had (Fusilli Bolognese and Prime Rib special) did not live up to expectations. Fusilli lacked flavor and the Prime Rib has several uneatable sections (tough and grissly) beyond what you would expect with prime rib. We would go back for the apps and spin the wheel that the entrees were better next time.

                                                  We made reservations for 11:00 noon on Sunday 12/29/24. When we arrived at 12:05, admittedly a bit late because we were trying to find the building being out-of-towners, we were told to wait while they prepared the table for four. The place was not busy. We were taken to our table about 10 minutes later. When we sat down, we were asked at about 12:10 whether we wanted still water or bubbly water. We asked for still. No sign of a waiter. No water. Again the place was not busy but many service staffers were walking around. At 12:24, not having been served any water or been approached by any server, we got up and left. We didn’t make our decision lightly but the busboy didn’t arrive until we were about to leave and didn’t seem to care whether we stayed or left. No one tried to discourage our leaving. So maybe they don’t care about their customers or have so much business that four more people don’t matter to their bottom line.

                                                  A lovely experience--the garden area was warm and lively. The food was delicious, and the wait staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent!

                                                  Out of the 5 items we ordered (calamari, pear salad, bao buns, sticky ribs, and beef carpaccio) I would only recommend the beef. Everything else reminded us of overpriced chili’s. Service was fine, ambiance was pretty.

                                                  We're locals and have dined here several times before. I requested our favorite table near the fire and we were accommodated. Meal was great, service was wonderful!

                                                  Very quiet with a 5 pm reservation, great food- bread and balsamic dipping vinaigrette was amazing. Great wine and desserts. Kids menu was awesome. It was great to find a place that is kid friendly and high end.
