                                                                                                  On our arrival, the host Joe was very accomodating in finding us a nice quiet spot to enjoy our dinner. Our server Leon was friendly and professional. The plates were ample and delicious. I ordered the black pasta dish and it was divine. My wife really enjoyed the branzino. Unfortunately we found the wine list wanting. We could not find any reasonably priced offerings, so we went with the house wine, a chianti that was....not so great.

                                                                                                  We hadn’t been to Centini’s for many years and it was a wonderful reacquaintance. We had ample time to enjoy the great service, friendly and welcoming, fabulous food and drinks and lots of time to get to our performance that evening. Highly recommended and will surely visit again. Thank you!!

                                                                                                  Very unusual services for Centinies. 1) The Caesar salad was not tossed sufficiently. Found a few leaves that had evidence of dressing mostly dry lettuce. The server was pleasant but offered Very sloppy service!!!!! 2) the main course was served with incomplete utensils. Had to ask… 3) watched two coffees spilling to the sides en route to our table. The waiter then acknowledged the dark mess on the table and the cups but he just left to serve the next table. When asked to deal with the mess, the waiter brought a paper napkin to attempt to pat down dried-up coffee spills on cups and the tablecloth. We have enjoyed Centinies over the years but the dinner last evening was a complete disappointment.

                                                                                                  They took great care of us. There is excellent and professional friendly service. We had a performance at the Jack Singer. We were there with time to spare.  The food was delicious. They took care of gluten-free needs. The restaurant is spacious with good space between the tables. The noise level is very low, it is so nice to be able to have a conversation.

                                                                                                  Centini does not seem to be able to handle a 'pre-concert' crowd. The kitchen staff were going full blast (our table had a view of the kitchen), the servers were 'walking on glass', but at the end of the evening, when most patrons show up ~2 hours before the concert (Jack Singer), they have significant challenges to get everyone served in a timely manner. Was hard to enjoy what appeared to be excellent cuisine when we had to literally eat and run.
