Whether you're visiting from down the block here in Tribeca or from halfway around the world, Chambers aspires to be on top of your list of favorite neighborhood restaurants. We keep it down-to-earth. We're bound to start you off with something great to drink, alcoholic or not, and maybe some snacks while you look over the menu. We went to market this morning and we're going to make some delicious home cooked food and listen to some groovy music. And we've put together an excellent collection of soulful wines, spirits, and fermented beverages that we're excited to share with you. At the end of the day, we're having a few people over for dinner. We look forward to welcoming you in.

To kick off this year's series of very special wine dinners, we are celebrating the wines of Domaine Huet, an icon of the Loire Valley & Chenin Blanc. We are lucky to welcome Sarah Hwang, from the family owner of the domaine, and Benjamin Joliveau, the head of viticulture & winemaking since 2020. They will take us through the new releases from 2023, discuss their dedication to biodynamic farming, and lead us through back vintages to taste and appreciate the unique terroirs of the 3 main sites they work with: le Haut-Lieu, le Mont & le Clos du Bourg. We will taste the different styles, varying depending on the profile of the year, from aged sparkling to sec, demi-sec, moelleux including the rare Cuvée Constance. 4 Courses, 13 Wines.

Wonderful experience, the food was very good, the service outstanding and the ambiance very relaxed. Pascaline gave us a perfect recommendation and her level of knowledge is impressive. I’ll be back soon !

Absolutely incredible experience. Every dish was carefully and beautifully prepared. The wine list was extensive and with the knowledge of the staff we didn’t miss. From start to finish a phenomenal meal. Thank you Pescaline and staff.

We are regulars at this wonderful restaurant. The food is all delicious, the wine list extensive. Special thanks to the extremely knowledgeable sommelier who often points out something great we wouldn't have known to choose.

I want to shout from the rooftops about this extraordinary gem in NYC's Lower Manhattan - just a stone's throw from City Hall. The general manager of a midtown restaurant recommended we try it because of its extensive collection of Chartreuse and great wine list. To enjoy a dinner with rare 1960s and even a sip of an even earlier bottling of the French liquer would have been worth the trek from UES, but the food alone overseen by head chef John was brilliantly conceived and full of flavor. Each dish was lovingly crafted and presented professionally by the team at Chambers. The divine tuna and equisitely dressed kohlrabi salad were wonderful starters, but the halibut with sunchokes and cheese gnudi entrees were delicious. Desserts, prepared in front of us at the kitchen counter seating, were amazing finales to start iur new year obsession with this special restaurant. We cannot wait to return often as we understand that the menu changes often even though the sommelier in chief's wine list remains a constant that will impress most connoisseurs.
