    Waiter was awesome very attentive and informative about the history of the building. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to dine there.

    Amazing lunch primarily due to our server, Joseph! He was charming, efficient, very knowledgeable about the menu and also had a great institutional knowledge of the Chart House. I have been coming to this location for over 30 years, first with my parents and now with my own children. It is always special, Joseph made it even more so! He is a gem. As for the food—we had a bit of everything. Coconut shrimp and lobster bisque were excellent, as always. Lobster mac and cheese was yummy but a little skimpy on the lobster. Fish tacos and crab cakes were excellent. Mud pie for dessert is always good. I miss the days when their mud pie was the size of your head but probably better for the waistline!

    The evening started out poorly with a server that didn’t seem to want to deal with another table, but once management stepped in, the entire evening turned around. They made sure that we had a perfect evening. Thank you to the managers, especially Nicole for a great evening. The prime rib was amazing and crab legs were spot on. Because of the managers turning the evening around, we can’t wait to come back

    We waited for an hour for our table on Christmas Day. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Even though we waited that long, they redeemed themselves with the service and food. I would have given them 5 stars if the wait wasn’t too long.

    Excellent food & service! Have always had good meals here the times i have come. Even though it's busy we have never been rushed.

    Went for Christmas dinner with 11 people and unfortunately we had to wait over an hour to be seated. The manager was extremely kind and professional and comped us a round of drinks which we greatly appreciated for the delay. I got Prime Rib which was FANTASTIC but the fish dinners that others got were too fishy and not very good so we sent them back. Adding to that our waitress could have been a little nicer to our group. I understand it’s very busy time on Christmas but she and another staff were downright rude. The restaurant manager once again took the initiative to make things right with our party which was Extremely Appreciated by us. To be honest this place is pretty cool and worth a visit. I’m hoping our experience was just an out of the ordinary isolated incident. I must add the bartenders and valet staff were excellent and took great care of us.
