Had 5:45 reservations. Wasn't seated until 6:15. I know it was Thanksgiving, but please plan accordingly. Once seated. our server was very nice, but service was extremely slow. It became obvious why we were seated late. There were not enough servers and food was taking forever to come out. Didn't leave until abut 9:15, not because we sat for a long time, but becuase service wa slow. There was not enough staff to accommodate. Also ran out of sweet potatoes for the turkey platter and it was a fixed menu and we ordered 4 cheesecake slices for desert, but by the time it came around to desert we were told there was no cheesecake left. Was this the first time Charthouse was open on Thanksgiving? There was some extremly poor planning for the evening.

Terrible. Grumpy or untrained staff. Poor management. A train wreck. Won’t be going back. Miserable holiday dining experience.

It seemed like they were rushing us to leave. We had a 5:00 reservation but weren’t seated until 5:50. Then the courses were stacked on top of each other. I specifically asked the waitress to slow the time between courses but I wasn’t even done with the salad and the main course was already being placed on our table. It was the same between the appetizer and the salad. The restaurant was loud as well. In addition my meat was under-cooked but I had already complained and didn’t want to be rude to a waitress clearly running around ragged.

Noise level high, with tables crowded together. Uniformly good staff. PARKING was Nightmare. Why is a "minimum" number of characters required for an assessment of your restaurants service? DUMB, but I have now achieved your minimum.

Nice but not special enough for Thanksgiving. They brought our main dish while we were still eating out starter and left it on the table. Not really what I expected from the Chart House.

Overall fantastic service, food, and table. It was our anniversary 37 years and no mention a little lame. Another concern: we had reservations at 5:30 we had to wait 15 minutes. Went up to the hostess and they had all the power told me to sit down and they will call you when they are ready. This is very frustrating and has happened on other occasions. Need to get this fixed!!!

I went to dinner with my mom and my daughter for my birthday and I showed up about five minutes late and they did not make a big deal. They sent us in the best table in front of the most wonderful sunset view. I recommend go .@4pm if you want to see the sunset. The lobster tail was so sweet and the filet mignon steak was so soft. The crème brûlée sampler is to die for. I will definitely be going back for happy hours.

We dined especially for the Mo Better Special and we’re delighted with the portion size and quality of the food. Preparation and presentation were perfect. Anastasia was our server and she was a true delight and very efficient as well as knowledgeable. It was a very enjoyable evening.
