   Chimi Guacamole starter was very good. For dinner we had Papas Con Pollo, this was very good. We also had Steak Frites, this was not edible. The skirt steak was supposed to be cooked to Medium. It was so well done, it was very hard to cut using a steak knife, could not chew it. Not sure how it was cooked but it was grilled, the inside was the same color as the outside, no char. It was hidden under a large amount of Guacamole, the French fries it came with were good and the only thing we ate on that plate. We didn’t complain or send it back, we just left it and would never order again if we went back.

   Celebrated a family member's birthday. Seated promptly, waiter arrived quickly and was attentive the whole dinner. Was very helpful with gluten free needs. Cocktails were very good and brought quickly. Tacos were yummy and filling and the empanadas had delicious pastry and filling. We will be back!

   The food was really good. Service was just super slow. It took a half hour to get a drink at the bar and that’s after sitting there for 10 minutes before being helped. He wasn’t very friendly either. They seems very informative. The server was super nice but somehow misunderstood my order. Not sure how as I pointed to it on the menu but he quickly got the order corrected and out before everyone else was done eating. Maybe they were short staffed. I would try once more but never again if same experience.

   Great food and atmosphere! One our favorite spots in Cincinnati. The salads are amazing.

   This was my first visit to Che since they moved into their new space. The expanded menu was impressive...I recommend the shrimp tacos and save room for the donuts!

   Have loved Ché’s food for years. Been coming to this location more as it is more convenient for us. Been 3 times over the course of the past year and it’s now at the point where the food isn’t worth the subpar service. Have to beg to get drink orders, first appetizer arrived at 8:24 for a 7pm reservation. Were told there was a 7 and 9 top upstairs delaying everything. All fine, but this was the 3rd time in a row going over the course of the year with the same exact situation. Brought parents to try as well, they were not impressed due to the service. Not to mention it was freezing in the main room. Bummer overall because the food is great and building is super unique, but not worth the trouble. Restaurant doesn’t seem to care either

    Great empanadas! A bit disappointed that bar items on menu were not available. Attentive but not obtrusive service.
