Situated in the heart of Ka’ana Kitchen’s open-air styled kitchen, we invite you to immerse yourself in our exclusive dining experience. Interact with our chefs as they thoughtfully curate a customized 6-course menu of fresh, local ingredients to stimulate your sense of adventure. To enhance the experience even more, we have the option to add wine pairings to each course, hand selected by our expert sommelier.

This exclusive experience is limited to seating’s at 6:00pm, 6:15pm and 6:30pm Tuesday - Friday.
Maximum of 4 guests per party.

Chef’s Table: $195/person
Wine Pairings:
Premier Cru – a selection of our favorite wines from off the beaten path – creating a journey of discovery & delight +$125/person
Grand Cru – exclusive selection of hard to source, hard to replace but very easy to love wines +$250/person

Executive Chef: Ritchard Cariaga | Chef de Cuisine: Chance Savell

Due to limited seating, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy and $75/person cancellation fee.

It was a fabulous experience. It’s pricey but I feel like it’s entertainment along with the meal.

We had very high expectations and somehow they managed to exceed them. Been to Maui three times and this has been the best experience I’ve had on the island hands down (culinary or otherwise). People and food are amazing. Can’t wait to be back.

Six course menu with wine pairing that seemed like a Michelin star experience. The presentation and explanation and taste were excellent. The wine was varied and appropriate.

What an experience! My husband and I visited Ka’ana Kitchen for our 10 year wedding anniversary - all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! We are both plant based, and the chefs really came together to make something so special. Between the incredible food, vibrant flavors and the impeccable service, we went right ahead and made a reservation for our last night in Maui. I can’t say enough good things about this experience, if you have a chance to go to the chef’s table at Ka’ana Kitchen do not miss it.

This experience was one of a kind. Located in the Andaz hotel/resort, you enter through a bridge/walkway with water on each side, enter the lobby with an adult-sandbox as the centerpiece, and continue downstairs where the restaurant is located. Just the entry alone sets up your expectations for the night. The meal and the service followed suit. We were greeted and promptly walked to our private table by a lovely and kind hostest, and were seated just at the edge of the open-styled kitchen. The artistic set up with the countertop clamped to the table was so classy. We sat through five-courses and ate the the most fresh, delicious, artistic, and wonderful food my new-husband (on our honeymoon) and I enjoyed. The meal lasted over three lovely hours and we simply couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was. We opted for the wine pairing and had our own sommelier throughout dinner. This was a SPECTACULAR experience and would highly recommend to anybody who is able to make this happen!!

Having eaten at 11 Madison Park , and Geranium, and various other 3 stars, this place truly delivers beyond expectation. We've have the chef table twice now and the second time was better than the first. They remembered what we had and adjusted a whole new menu and accosted a vegetarian and a shellfish allergy. Honestly this place deserves more acclaim you have to try it,

What an amazing experience!! Our server John was one of the friendliest and outgoing people I’ve come across. Their chef counter tasting menu was personalized towards our preferences and they interacted with the guests throughout the night. The food was amazing and made our ten year anniversary perfect
