Chef’s Table brings new meaning to the term ‘dinner theater.’ Here, the kitchen staff are the stars of the show, preparing seven inventive courses before your very eyes. But if you’re looking for drama or frenzied fire, you won’t find it in this kitchen. This is the very definition of culinary precision: a finely choreographed dance, led by maestro Vincent Thierry.

Chef’s Table invites you to experience cooking—and dining—as high art. The kitchen at the heart of Chef’s Table is itself a masterpiece: a Molteni stove in cream in brass, wrapped in Michelangelo’s favorite Carrara marble. And the crown jewel—a brass-plated stainless steel hood, with rings crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument. A fine example of both form and function, this opulent custom-designed hood is part of a ventilation system that makes it possible to put our kitchen right in the middle of the restaurant.

Genuinely the best dining experience I have ever had. I came here for my fiance’s birthday and the Chef’s Table team members were kind enough to set aside a special table with rose petals for our dinner. That extra attention to detail and excellent service continued to amaze throughout an extraordinary 7 courses— each dish was meticulously explained by a member, Chef Vincent Thierry and his team were interactive and affable, and every course was a symphony of bold flavors. The food was expectedly delicious, but the real surprise is the service. While every course proved why Chef’s Table at lebua earns its Michelin stars, the team’s service is unrivaled. Chef Thierry’s and his team’s friendliness is a rarity in fine dining, completely lacking the arrogance that so many other Michelin peers feel entitled to. By all measures, when you dine with Chef Thierry and his team, you do indeed feel you are at the chef’s table. The team here is an exemplar of the adage, “Service with a smile.” I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone dine at Chef’s Table at lebua; I know I this will certainly not be my last time as Chief Thierry and his team have earned a lifetime fan.

In 2023, we did the tasting menus at … 23 different Michelin starred restaurants in France and Spain. Chef’s Table is easily in the top 3. Four of the party did the tasting menu, and I did the special Black Truffle menu with wine pairing. The group had some personal food quirks, and the kitchen accommodated with a couple substitute dishes. Well done!!!

The best michelin restaurant we ever visited! The black caviar is definitely the best and must try! Amazing experience worth an each cent! Luv! We wish to this restaurant/chef to get three Michelin star soon! Hope to get back this year!<3

The manager Louise bourgeois was very professional & welcoming . Had the time to explain in details all the question we asked. Service was excellent provided by Chris & William , the presentation , flavor & quality of food was Exceptional
