Great option for steak lovers. Food was flavorful and well executed to your preferred term. The noise was moderate, and the service was good, but not to attentive due to the number of people inside. The front desk and the server might need to pay a little more attention to be present for the guest. The process seemed a little rush and disconnected to be a truly enjoyable experience in that regard. The expectation is a little higher for such a fine dining experience, but unfortunately, it didn't quite get there. The server was nice and made sure to accommodate our allergy restrictions without any problem. This is the second time my family and I have visited the establishment, and we never regret the investment. The culinary experience is well worth it. I made sure to add that the visit was due to a birthday celebration when making the reservation, and last time, the restaurant sent a piece of desert with a candle, but this time around, they seemed to missed it. This did not bother us at all, but if it is an important element for your visit, make sure to remind the server once you are seated to get the full experience for your loved one.

Our server was not very attentive, as we listened to other servers offer descriptions of soups and appetizers when we asked about the signature steak soup we were told just soup with pieces of steak… our ribeye steak entree was very thin, flavor was good but not what we expected. Our server also did not box up our leftovers as other servers were doing, just brought us a box and set on table. Server was also gone for a while with our card, while giving a lot of attention to another table, I don’t know what happened, but we did not appreciate the lack of service and attention to our table. There are other better upscale steakhouses.

First time bringing the family to Cherokee chophouse. Food was great and really enjoyed getting to know Vinny. Can probably use some refinement at the front desk during check-in as well as food delivery and table service. This restaurant has the potential to be outstanding.

Usually, the prime rib is excellent. Medium Rare was well done, Didn't want to eat by myself so I accepted it since it was my wife's BD.

Had to wait 30 minutes after having reservation standing room only freezing by front door. Sat at table lots of traffic right behind me chair kepy getting kicked. very noisy . overstimulating atmosphere and long wait for food but food was good.

Food quality and price were good, not exceptional, service was very good. Atmosphere was noisy and a varied degree of clientele, some dressed like they were going to a football game and others business casual or dressed appropriately.

We really enjoyed dining here. Was not expecting a steakhouse to have a fine dining quality. Loved it. Food was excellent and the manager and server went well beyond our expectations. Can not wait to dine here again. Highly recommend.
