I was looking forward to spending my birthday with 8 of my friends at Chica. Service was horrendous, waitress came only once to place order and we had to find her to ask her for other things. Some of my friends never got to order their drinks and she brought us the check even before they got a chance to ask to sing happy birthday to me. The girl was not attentive at all, and we would have ordered drinks and desserts if she wouldn’t have rushed us out. Some guest around us left because no one ever served them. I was so disappointed that I picked that place for my bday. Never again.

Do not expect good service on Valentine’s Day Weekend! The place is beautiful and the food is delicious! That was consistent! We waited one hour for our main course arrive! I waited 20 min. for a Diet Coke! Service was way off! The DJ was OK. A bit monotonous compared to the female dj I have heard there before. She really is amazing! Creates and maintains a great vibe. She is an A+ DJ. He is a C by comparison. Thank God the drinks from the bar were great and the food was amazing!! Maybe I’ll have better luck next time.

The restaurant is beautiful, that’s the great part. Unfortunately the service was very poor. The server was not good at explaining the dishes which are very specific. The attitude was more like a cheerleader.. “it’s great! You can get the special Branzino for 95 Bucks!” She meant dollars, obviously I have heard this before but it was unexpected as this is not a flee market. Three main courses arrived. We had to ask for the 4th dish at the host stand. The 4th person was served 15 minutes after the other 3 people in the party were served. No excuses , no apologies. When the server did come by to ask how things were the question was phrased” everything is great right!”, and then quickly turned around without listening for a response. I have been to both restaurants in Aspen and Miami before. I can not recommend the restaurant based on this recent experience. It seems as though there is no management.

Went for Valentine’s Day and the vibe was amazing! The Valentine’s Day special menu was great, food was very flavorful. The atmosphere was a vibe, service was top tier!

We decided to have Valentine’s Day dinner here and it was the best decision ever. The service was amazing. The drinks left me absolutely speechless. I had 3 drinks and would’ve had more because they were absolutely delicious, but I didn’t want to make a fool out of myself 😂. The food was 100/10 and me and my partner couldn’t stop talking about it all night. Overall we spent around 400$ but we did order a lot of food. 3 appetizers, 2 sides, 1 entree, dessert and 3 cocktails.

We visited Chica on Valentine’s day for the first time, and both the food and ambience were fantastic. There were some hiccups in the service, but that is to be expected for Valentine’s Day (7pm reservation and weren’t sat until 7:40, and some forgotten drinks) but overall the service was good. The food came out exceptionally fast, and everything was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
