   Place has really gone downhill. Bad service. They brought out all the food at once, when it has always been coursed out. So half the food was cold when we ate it. Got a bit of an attitude from my server when I brought it up. This place used to be my favorite restaurant but I’ll be hard pressed to be back. Felt like I wasted my money last night BIG time

   Great experience for restaurant week! Would come again just for the french onion soup dumplings. All dishes we had were solid and we really enjoyed it.

   For a long time, Cholon was absolutely in my Top 3 for restaurants in the city. However, it's just a fact that the food quality fallen since COVID. Example: the French Onion Soup Dumplings are much more 'doughy' and lacking in flavor. The price has gone up, a LOT, but now they taste more like a big lump of potato dough (with just a hint of soup flavor). Very underwhelming. I've also noticed that the servers have gotten incredibly entitled and more than a little arrogant. They are not there to serve you. They are getting paid $20 an hour minimum wage PLUS TIPS, and they still act like total divas. Pro tip: Get over yourselves! If you hate your job, quit. Lunch today for 2 people was $130. Yes, you read that correctly. Zero alcohol, by the way. And still, I have to listen to the waiters and waitresses bit** about how they are underpaid. Bottom line: Underwhelming, overpriced food. Denver crime. Lack of parking. Diva waiters and waitresses who act like they are in Aspen. Eyes wide open. You've been warned.

   Consistently delicious food. Brussel sprouts, Kaya toast and soup dumplings never disappoint! Great service too.

    For all the hype reviews, I definitely expected more from their food! Malaysian noodles needed more flavor, brussel sprouts were kinda soggy. Beef skewers and donuts were great though
