Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    We met with friends for dinner as we all enjoy the menu options at Chop. The food was very good and the service excellent.

    If you haven't experienced Chop, you're missing out! It's a wonderful addition to the dining options of Saskatoon and area. Each and every time that we've dined at Chop, we've had an awesome time. The ambience, the food and the service is all OUTSTANDING!! Give Chop a try but save a table for us!!! Haha!!

    Chop was amazing as usual! The service and food was perfect; our server was so friendly and helpful and the food was outstanding. The best ribeye in Saskatoon and cooked to perfection. The veg is always top notch - this time it was roasted squash and brussel sprouts (not zucchini and red bell pepper like other steakhouses - blah). We love going to Chop and know it'll be a great experience every time. Only once did we have issues with our food and it was remedied right away. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

    It was disappointing. We had a good beet/ goat cheese salad, then a rib eye steak that was thin, too salty & the outside had a burnt taste. The mushrooms seemed just warmed up rather than sautéed. A comment was made that they were short staffed because of the holidays, so maybe it was just a bad night. The atmosphere & ambience were good

    It's the best service we've expected in years. The hostesses and our server were very friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary, and they spoiled us and made the experience really enjoyable.

    Our service was fantastic. Our food tasted amazing. Some steaks at the table were tiny. Menu says 7oz, but they may have been more like 4oz. We all had enough to eat, and it tasted fantastic.
