Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. Ceaser salad tasted salty, prime rib was excellent and the potatoes were HOT. Crème brûlée was good.

Amazing experience, our server Jo was very attentive and always checking in on us. He gave us detailed explanations on the recipes and daily features! Great service, great smiles and great energy

A Great meal as always at CHOP Dixon/Airport! We made it in for Happy Hour on a Saturday afternoon and the service and food was top-notch. We cannot recommend the steak bites and mushroom & goat cheese dip enough - and if you're in the mood for a cocktail and/or dessert pre & post your meal the the smoked old fashion and pineapple upside cake will Not disappoint, Combine the above with the great service and you're pretty much guaranteed to leave with a big smile on your face while deciding what excuse you can use to come back sooner rather than later.

Our server Tishee was awesome, very friendly and great service. The food was outstanding and hot. The fact that they have “food runners” is awesome, as soon as the food is prepared it’s delivered hot. Prime rib was to perfection. It’s a bit bright and a little noisy but does not take away from the great food and service at CHOP. Enjoyed it so much rebooked for our next stop in town in 2 weeks

Great food and service. Dining area was very busy and was a bit loud but to be expected with so many people. Will definitely be going back
