    We had a booking for 9:30pm, we arrived and were told our table would be a couple of minutes so to wait at the bar. We soon realised there were multiple groups also still waiting for tables and expressing their frustrations. I realised that the staff were not managing the “queue” of people waiting in accordance to their booking times and not particularly concerned in any way regarding the overall situation or their lack of communication. Various people were shouting and becoming fairly agitated towards members of staff. I eventually had to ask numerous times, along with multiple other unhappy customers, if we were going to be given a table at all. This is something I always find uncomfortable doing despite the feelings being completely valid, however I did not feel we had any other choice. Finally we were seated about 10:40pm and were not served any food until way after 11pm. I don’t think we would have got our table if we had not asked ourselves. The food that initially arrived was not ours and an error had been made, we also did not receive our drinks order and had to ask again for this. I never usually complain if I receive bad service and accept sometimes these things happen, however on this occasion the experience was so poor and no apologies were offered. We were not offered a free drink whilst waiting over an hour for our table or given any gesture to compensate for this. I am not from the U.K. and had booked this table for my birthday weekend and unfortunately this was a huge disappointment for myself and my partner.

    We arrived on time for our table, and had to wait 15 mins which was absolutely fine. We were then seated and were waiting 30 mins for our drinks, and a very very long time for anyone to take our food order.. then another long wait for the food. We were nothing but polite as we understood it was busy.. when the bill came, we asked for the service charge to be removed and the waiter refused telling us he has 4 kids at home he can’t do that. He threw down the card machine on the table and spoke so so rudely to us. This was after telling us that they needed our table back in 5 mins.. given we had been waiting an awfully long time and seated late, this didn’t seem fair. We ended up paying the service charge although we asked not to.. but the service was utterly shocking, food was delicious

    Our first time at Cibo, wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. From the doorman entering to us getting our bill the service was amazing. There’s a great atmosphere, everyone is so attentive to make you feel special. And the food, well the best chateaubriand we’ve had. So pleased we chose Cibo. Would highly recommend

    An amazing dining experience. Service was outstanding with very friendly professional and helpful staff. The food was so so good, cooked to perfection. Would recommend this place to anyone it is well worth a visit. Look forward to another visit soon. Thank you to all.

    We visited on a Monday lunch beautiful building and a lovely warm welcome nothing was too much trouble. The food we chose was delicious highly recommend a visit we will definitely be back thank you

    We weren’t accommodated for the birthday booking or made to feel special or no arrangements were bought out for birthday dessert, we had no waiters come back to us to check if our food was ok or if we needed any thing further. It was a disappointing visit , I will not be going again.

    La pasta carbonara no era nada del otro mundo e además encontré que 7 pounds por una caña es excesivamente caro
