So many unique flavors I never would have tried. I’ve eaten there six times; always bringing new guests to experience the authentic Italian food and personal attention. Everything is great!

Our second time here and the experience was as memorable as the first. The outdoor dining ambience is delightful but the food is delicious and Mario and the entire staff make you feel welcome and at home. We will definitely return for more of the excellent food, warmth and hospitality Ciccia Osteria has to offer.

We had to wait over 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. We were then seated soon after that! We got served our water very quickly but had to wait/ask for our server to take our order. Mario actually took our order and was very friendly. We enjoyed the bread and the dipping/spread. The appetizer, fritto misto was served hot and was amazing! Two of our pasta dishes were on the cooler side but was tasty.

Ciccia Osteria es un lugar para gozar de auténtica comida italiana, es como llegar a la casa de la mamá y celebrar la vida entre sabores, texturas y delicias que preparan. Mario es un anfitrión único que junto su equipo se encargan de que sea una experiencia única. Volveremos!

We were seated in the outdoor patio. It was during Christmas so the ambiance was festive with Christmas tree and hanging ornaments. There are outdoor heaters to help with warmth. The Mushroom flan is yummy. I had the pappardalla which was so delicious. Employees are friendly and helped celebrate my husband's birthday by wishing him well and making us feel welcome. Will definitely return when we make it back to San Diego

We have been here before but hadn't been for quite a while. They were very busy but got us a table quickly. Service was wonderful and on top of that the owner and one of the service staff recognized us and welcomed us back. That's the mark of a great neighborhood restaurant. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and ambiance. The mushroom flan was surprisingly delicious and the pastas were top tier!

This is the best pasta and research I have been to since I was in Sicily! So delicious! An extremely rich and wonderful dining experience!
