Our wait staff was exceptional. The manager needed to chill out. He kept checking in with us in a way that led me to believe he didn’t have any faith in his staff at all. The steak lacked seasoning and was slightly undercooked. The mushroom pasta dish was delicious.

The one star is for the server who was attentive and sweet. We went after a show at the Ordway. I should have been warned by the fact that all reservation spots were available when everything else in the vicinity was booked solid. When we got there it was empty and we were seated right away. As we waited I saw a mouse run across the floor. This was off-putting, but it is winter and I'm a hotel I'm sure it's easy for them to come in. We ordered 3 appetizers. The cheese plate was 3 cheeses and 2 types of crackers (like from a box) and a plastic container of red pepper jelly. All tasty, but presentation was horrible. And it was incredibly simple for the price. The Brussels we're tasty, if overcooked. The cauliflower was fairly tasteless. We ordered a cocktail and wine that never came, but at least we weren't charged for them. My daughter has fish fingers. Inedible. They were so fishy. My mom had a burger. It was fine. Big portion. My husband had the falafel. Olives and 5-6 falafel on a streak of tzatziki. He said it was dry and flavorless. I was expecting it to come with pitas, hummus, tomatoes, etc like a Mediterranean plate. I had the tortellini. It was ok after salt and pepper. Big portion. I won't eat the leftovers. We didn't stay for dessert. Pros: close to the theater with lots of availability, attentive server Cons: food, price, cleanliness? Bottom line: Will not return.

Friendly staff, food is fine but not remarkable. If you are staying at the hotel or need a spot to dine before an event, it's accessible and it works.

Not impressed. No one greeted us, or came to our table in the bar area. We moved to the bar and it wasn't much better. Two people on and no greeting. We ordered drinks, asked for water 3 times and asked to order an app because we were running short on time at this point. Bartender barely smiled, or gave us the time of day. No need to return.

Overall food quality was excellent...wait staff and management very helpful...unfortunately they had a wedding party from the East coast at the bar area and the noise level was unbearable for the entire engagement...couldnt hear my wife or the wait staff speak...people were rude and loud for the entire time since our table was next to bar...
