Renowned educator and 'friendly Sommelier" Luke Collard has developed an excellent Italian-dominated wine list for Civico 47 and now, he’s sharing his knowledge with you. Join us as Luke takes us on an educational journey through Italy's specific regions, with a new region every month. Chef Matteo will be designing bespoke, regional menu pairings for each school, so no two will be the same! Long-table places are limited to around 12 people per session. No prerequisite knowledge of wine or Italy is required, just bring your palette. Please note: Any cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be refunded, unless at the discretion of management.
