Come see London from the best point of view – ours! cloudM rooftop bar at citizenM Tower of London hotel is the best kept secret in the city, with incredible skyline vistas of iconic landmarks, from the Tower of London to The Shard. Get cosy with one of our signature cocktails while watching the sun set over the Big Smoke. We’re open to guests 18+.

Please note that we do not accept parties greater than 6 people. You cannot combine reservations (for example, creating a reservation for 6 people and then creating an additional reservation for 2 people and expect to be seated in the same area).

Whilst the service and welcome were excellent, 2 of our first choice cocktails from the menu , weren’t in stock.

Beautiful location with views of Tower Bridge, The Shard and the city. Staff were polite and warm. If the lighting was dimmed the ambiance would be perfect; it was just too bright and interfered with the views through the glass.

Great environment and ambience, stunning views of the City towards The Tower of London, The Shard. However the stand out is the staff, very friendly and helpful, they take time to ensure the service is personal and professional. They are a breath of fresh air in a beautiful city!

Very poor for the price paid. DJ was awful. Music did not suit the event. DJ did not stop the music to bring in the new year. Very very disappointed

Nice bar with (potentially) good views however please dim the lighting! The room had more of the feel of a department store than a cool cocktail bar. With lights so bright we couldn't properly take in the views. Service was friendly though not super efficient and when I ordered a glass of white wine, I wasn't told about the choices eg chardonnay, sauvignon blanc etc. Anyway, lovely place with lots of potential, shame about the lighting.

Booked a table for my daughter's 19th, and requested a window seat. Got an email saying they had reserved us 'the best window seat for your party size'. Arrived, got taken to our table, which wasn't a window seat. It was close to a window, sure, but it wasn't a window seat. Our table was for a bigger group size (circa 5 or 6). There WAS a table next to the window that had two seats, so we asked if we could take an extra seat and make it a table for three. We were told no, that wasn't possible. I showed the server my email stating we had a window seat reserved, and he just shrugged. We asked again why we couldn't just put an extra chair at the window table and he said 'that's not your table. I'm not going to physically stop you if you do it, but that's not your table'. In the end, we did move the chair and sat by the window. Not sure why there was so much hassle, and it did spoil the evening a little. Cocktails were fabulous though!

Staff were super friendly and as we were there to celebrate a big birthday they treated us to lovely drinks. Views are lovely across Tower of London and Tower bridge. Nice chilled atmosphere would definitely go again

The place is lovely, great views and comfortable area. Some staff were great and went over and above to look after us. Unfortunately the group, all there fir a birthday party, were made very unwelcome by Management team, and advised us there was not space for us, although the bar was not half full. This was very disappointing, and unnecessary.
