   I had made a reservation for 12:30. I arrived at 12:20 and I was seated at 12:55. While I was standing there waiting for my table, a group walked up to the host said they had no reservation & the host let them know it would be a 45 minute wait. About 5 minutes later a server comes out and discreetly waves them over and they were seated. Obviously they knew the server. Its unfair for the people with reservations, they were already backed up on seating people. They had people waiting for 30+ min. for walk ins and the server just let people cut in line. It’s unfair to them as well. Other than this my server Esther was great, the food came out pretty quickly and it was good as usual.

   This location does not have the cocktails shown on the website. Also says seating is first available regardless of indoor/outdoor that you reserve.

   We had Sunday morning reservations for 8:30 and were seated immediately. The host was very friendly. The tables inside are a bit tight. We ordered chilaquiles with chorizo and the enfrijoladas and both were excellent. The server was indifferent and the cafe de la olla that we ordered and were charged for was regular coffee.

   Service was disappointing from the start. We had to ask three times just to get water, and despite reserving an indoor table due to the weather, they initially tried to seat us outside. We ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes to be seated, which was understandable given the holiday, but being asked to sit outside after making a clear reservation was frustrating. On top of it all, the waitress served other parties before us even though we were clearly seated before them. Unbelievable. Food was 5/5 though. Service was the only flaw of that restaurant.

   Good food but too many birthdays at restaurant and waitress took forever to come back to table

    You order at the counter and they bring your food out. It’s not what I was expecting or how it’s depicted on social media. So that’s really it for the service. No one really comes up after wards for any type of table service. You pretty much get up and get your own refills or anything else you might want to re order. Food was good but not worth the wait
