                                      Not impressed!, Arrived on time at 2:30, Friday, no host/hostess greeted us. We reserved bar seating for 2. The bartender was not focusing on us as customers when he took drink orders, my martini was served in smaller glass, not the usual martini glass, and missed the olives. My friend's drink also was served in smaller glass, since I watched him mixing 3 serving of the same drink. He poured 2 servings in a taller glass and we got the smaller one. And I am sure the same price. We ordered 2 different bar snacks and 1 of the order was wrong. I didn't bother to tell him. The place was not super crowded, but don't book seats at the bar, as ppl and floor staffs bumped our bar stools a lot. I made a reservation for rooftop lounge for April 5th, hopefully this time is a different experience.

                                      I couldn’t really tell you anything about the place because they screwed up my reservation. I showed up and was told that could only stay for 30 minutes, as they had a private event. Why did they email me to confirm the reservation the day before, then? They were polite and apologetic, but couldn’t ultimately honor the booking. Too bad; it looked like a nice place, but I won’t be going back.

                                      Since I was a guest at the Gansevoort, we chose Coffee + Cocktails (located within the hotel) for a breakfast meeting). We had hot beverages and pastries, cream cheese danish. Our service and food were great.
