                                                  Food was excellent. Gave us a Valentines dessert for free and it was beautiful and amazing! There was dust on the furniture behind us so that was a bit unsettling, but the setting is very pretty. It’s expensive, but a special treat.

                                                  Had a delicious dinner with my wife. We tend to eat simply and both had the chicken entre and a salad / soup starter. Excellent chef at the Goodstone and good menu selection .

                                                  Impressive experience! The farm to table food was evident - so fresh and delicious! The assorted mushrooms in my gruyere omelette were perfectly seasoned and simply delicious. Nicely done.

                                                  It was our first time there. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!!

                                                  My fiancé and I had brunch here on a Sunday and we did not stay at the Inn. Service was top notch from the choice of seating, to the coffee service, ordering and check-ins and even making a substitution that wasn't on the menu anymore. The food was good, the crepes were outstanding, the omelet and sandwiches we had were tasty and the coffee was elevated with the sugar stick stir. We sat on the balcony and while it was cold and snowy outside the balcony area became overheated halfway into our meal to the point where I had to get up to step outside and cool down. I would recommend eating in the bar area for a better balance of temps but the view is not as good.

                                                  The steak sandwich was awful. It was not hand carved meat as the description on the menu states. The steak was cut into large cubes that I had to cut into smaller pieces. And very tough. Hardly any “blue cheese horseradish sauce”. I think either the chef or the restaurant need to understand what a hand-carved steak sandwich is - not worth the money and poor quality. I was very disappointed

                                                  Had breakfast at the Bistro. Food was good, coffee exceptional. Bistro was maybe 20% occupied. There was one server, we waited at least 20 minutes from the time we were seated until getting our coffee/juice order in. We then waited at least another 20 minutes to order our food. 45 minutes later the server came by and asked what we ordered. Waiting 1 1/2 hours to get served breakfast is just not acceptable.

                                                  We have had dinner here several times over the past several years but the service for brunch was poor. It was not busy and neither were the wait staff. But it took more than 20 minutes before anyone came by to offer water and take drink orders. The we had to go to the manager to ask if anyone was going to bring drinks and take our food order. Simply unacceptable.
