Other than a very loud and obnoxious women sitting at the table behind us talking loudly and swearing every other word we had a wonderful experience! All the entrees were delicious. A couple of us tried the special (butternut squash ravioli with lobster and shrimp) which should be on the menu all the time. The drunken shrimp appetizer was excellent. We enjoyed a couple of bottles of white wine. Overall “E” was very attentive and checked with us often. Excellent server!!

Our server Diana was very attentive and helpful. Offered tastings when we weren't sure of the wine we'd be enjoying with our dinner. We will be back again for other special occasions.

The place was very busy for Christmas Eve. With all of the extra activity the service and food were great. They were even able to seat us 1/2 early from our reservation. A very positive experience.

A big fail by Coopers Hawk in Algonquin. They sat us at a booth with a broken light. Super dark and couldn’t read the menus. Had to use our lights on our phones. Service was good. Food was not good and steaks were over cooked and lobster was not good either. Very over cooked. Usually we are big fans of Coopers Hawk but this time was a big let down.
