I had the most appalling experience I had ever had at a restaurant. Our server was the most rude waitress I have come across. She told me before I had turned on my iPad for my son to make sure it wasn’t above a whisper. I have never had a waitress tell this to me, as it has never been an issue. The people that were setting next to us couldn’t be any louder and also had kids who I could hear their iPads, she was their server and apparently didn’t have an issue with it. My steak was the size of a medallion at 40.00. I asked for extra sauce and was argued with. My mom ordered the chicken piccata and it was so dry she couldn’t eat it. She asked for extra sauce and the waitress argued again. She was awful! Food was terrible, service was even worse. This used to be my favorite restaurant, really has gone downhill!

Server was lovely. Drinks were good. Server offered gluten free bread since were both celiac. It came out quickly; unfortunately I think it must have been microwaved because it was really hot, chewy, and then very quickly dried out. The tuna appetizer we got was really good - but my partners steak medallions were overcooked, the starch portion was really small, and the broccolini was undercooked / it was really really crunchy / he didnt touch the stalks because of that. I got the mahi sandwich. The GF bun was actually good, but the portion of fish was really small - like, only covered half of the bread small - and it was ok - but nothing special. We felt like we definitely overpayed for the food / drinks we had. It was really nice that the GF menu was huge, but we’d have preferred fewer offerings that were better? Not sure we’ll be back.

The restaurant was crazy busy with holidays & a Saturday evening - glad we had reservations! Appetizers, pretzel bread & Lux Pinot were great starts - despite every table filled, our server was terrific attentive. Indulged in the Chef’s selection “Surf and Turf” - best meal I’ve had this season (perfect filet and lobster).
