This is my second time at the International location and it seems to have declined. The wait staff rarely attended to us and the bus staff did not pick up the silverware left by the previous customers. The waitress visited us only 3 times. To take the order. Drop off the food and to bring the check. We had to ask another server to bring our waitress to refill the water.

This restaurant is not a great choice if you are celebrating anything intimate. It is very busy and full of people which means lots of noise. The food was ready pretty quickly, so I felt that they didn’t spend enough time preparing it. The dessert which was supposed to be a cookie cooked in a skillet so it should’ve come out hot, ours did not. We received a second one and the manager brought it out, however, it was burnt. I decided not to request the third one. Our waitress did not seem to have any more than five tables, not many customers at each, but she was not attentive enough, very nice but not attentive. I had to ask the hostess twice for things that the waitress should’ve brought us. This was our anniversary dinner and I had heard great things about this restaurant, but what I should’ve done is waited to dine at the one in Tampa, not in Orlando, where it is tourist city! This restaurant was more concerned about the bottom dollar and getting in as many customers as they possibly could, value and quality was not on their mind.

Our server was Judy. She did pre-bus our table, left our appetizer on the table with our food. Rarely filled our water glasses, and complained how the restaurant did not have busters and how the servers needed to run their own food and the servers are treated poorly. When she brought our dessert she just stacked our dinner plates and appetizer plate and covered with a cloth napkin instead of clearing the table. This was the worst service I received at any Cooper’s hawk.

Lorenzo was a great server. Food is always delicious here. Love sitting in the bar area. Cozy. Love this place and enjoy being a wine member.

Very bright. Too many tables- server couldn’t even walk around the table. So loud server couldn’t hear our order until he waked around the table - likely because there are too many tables. Meatball appetizer was delicious. My family said the calamari was Applebees quality. Filet beef was delicious. Remaining entrees were boring- lacked flavor. Last week we ate at seasons 52- far superior! Server was not attentive. Left dirty dishes on the table way too long. Brought extra silverware on an addition napkin that was not needed and only cluttered table more. Didn’t divide check correctly. Will not return.
