We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson! We loved having a round table, so everyone could talk to each other. Our dinner was delicious, as usual! Our server, Herman was exceptional! We never have a bad meal at Cooper’s (grouper was excellent)! Love being wine club members.

Wonderful per usual… the lettuce wraps got a new plate presentation but was delicious as ever!!! Thank God you brought back the banofee pie!!! Sitting in the bar gets better each time.. and the medallions are always the show winner

We think our server’s name was Cody, but we aren’t certain because he didn’t talk loud enough for us to hear him, and he mumbled when he talked, and he talked that way all night. The service was terrible. Every time he left the table we would not see him for at least 5 minutes, and there was one 22 minute stretch of time where we didn’t see him at all. It was as if he was avoiding our table on purpose. We sat for 12 minutes with nothing but empty plates on our table waiting on him to come back to ask us if this would be all on one or separate bills. Then he disappeared for 8 minutes, and forgot to bring the boxes we had asked for. Upon his return with the bills, still no boxes. And then another 5 minutes waiting on him to return with them after asking for them a second time. The wait for drinks was ridiculous. I had to stop him from leaving the table to order an appetizer. The couple we were with wanted an appetizer as well, but they didn’t even get the chance to order one, and our server didn’t even ask. I had to stop my server from leaving another table just to get a refill on my beverage. I only got one refill on a $4.99 soft drink all night. And zero refills on my water. Pathetic. My food was just ok. My wife’s steak tasted like it hadn’t been seasoned at all. My friend was happy with his fish dish. His wife was happy with her chicken, which I tasted, and I discovered it wasn’t seasoned either. Our server has no idea how much money he cost himself. On this night I will tip the bill for just slightly above average service. Our server earned the $8.00 tip he got from me. I will not be back to your restaurant.

Always like Cooper Hawk, didn’t know they were out of my favorite pork chops for the evening. It was a 4:30pm reservation. Major disappointment!
