My friends and I had early happy hour reservations and were immediately seated. The server came over straight away and took our drink orders. She patiently waited until the final person in our group arrived. The food was delicious, the sangria flight (4 different flavors) was on point and the overall ambiance was pleasing.

This is a lovely restaurant with good ambiance. It’s new and it takes a while for staff to up to par, but the wait for our food was exceptionally long. Nobody stopped by to explain, advise how much longer we might wait or offer any sort of apology. The meals were not particularly hot when they finally arrived. A previous experience was equally as low but food was good and it was served hot. Hope this gets resolved.

Totally loved the ambience of Cooper’s Hawk in Mandarin. It was very welcoming and the decor was stylish. Truly enjoyed the meal from presentation to flavor and the portion provided. I will certainly return in the near future. Our attendant was the epitome of customer service focus. Thank you.
