I made a reservation for 6:45. The hostess took us to a 4 top table across from a 4 top open booth. We asked for the open booth and the hostess rolled her eyes and said that was for people with reservations and I kindly said we made a reservation. She then said it was for bigger parties and we pointed out the obvious that it was a 4 top and she was sitting us at a 4 top. She made other disgusting noises and I said can we go back up front and ask and she said ok but it’s not open. Then the front desk hostess said if we wanted a booth we’d have to wait a while because that booth wasn’t open. Then the first girl said, we have a plan we follow. She was so rude. We waited a few more min and then we were taken by another girl to a 2 top booth. We waited about 5 min or so for someone to greet us. Then that girl took our drink order. And we were waiting and another girl came up and said I’ll be your server. We told her that we gave someone else our drink order like 5 min ago. She went to find out etc. total time waiting was about 10-12 min from the time we were finally sat. After that Paula did a good job. The front house hostess staff need some customer service, kindness training. Maybe you’re working on new opening kinks. This establishment isn’t a low budget place and the expectation is to be treated with respect and kindness.

The noise level of all the talking was a lot and very noticeable right away. It is a very busy place and people are drinking so it is understandable, but would not be ideal for certain people. The server somehow made a mistake on getting us our food so it took longer than it should have. She finally offered us bread and then our food came out a minute later. The food ended up being worth the wait.

We love the vibe of this new Cooper’s Hawk! The service was pretty good, however we never received the bread or a GF menu as requested. I know what to order from the menu since I’m GF and have eaten at many locations. It was super loud in the main dining room which is a definite drawback.

We bought a friend for his birthday and treated him to wine tasting, then dinner and he was so impressed with everything. The whole experience was awesome 👌

The food was great the atmosphere was inviting. The waiter will hopefully get better with experience Brandon did not do a good job of listening until we were finish ordering. One of my friends ordered an appetizer and Brandon left before I could order. We ended up not seeing him again until the first appetizer came out this pattern repeated the entire evening. Overall I am a Cooper’s Hawk fan.
