Love the venue and the food was very good. However, I was disappointed to learn they were out of the Jambalaya by 7pm, but even more disappointing was the level of service. No attention to the long wait, the empty drink glasses. At one point another server saw our party of six sitting there and came over to see if anyone had been to our table. It is not my first visit at this location and I hope my experience on 3/12 does not become the norm.

Nice ambiance, excellent service, food was good but nothing special for its price point (happy hour snacks were well priced tho), wine club sales at the table felt a little like a time-share sales effort.

For such a nice restaurant, I find the food here inconsistent from one visit to the next. This is the 2nd in a row though that the food was underwhelming w/ dry chicken and being out of the one entree we intended to order (jambalaya). I do appreciate that the manager provided a free glass of wine after we talked to him, but I think I’ll take a pause before visiting again.

The food is always delicious. My biggest complaint is that we had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time before we were seated. This happens almost every time we go.

The overall experience was very good. The only issue was that the food took a long time to come out and when it did my broccoli was burnt to a crisp. I do understand that the venue was a capacity and the kitchen was overwhelmed.

Everything was great. Only problem was the bathroom. For being a new location it was not clean or smell clean. I came for brunch and that was my ONLY complaint. Staff and food was fabulous!

This was my first time at this location they have two in Jax. And the service I was received was top notch. They communicated right away about the kitchen being back up and offered wine tastings to make the time pass. They ran out of my dish soon after I order and comped our meals for the inconvenience which was huge bc I didn’t end up liking what I replaced it with so knowing I didn’t pay for it made up for inconvenience. Everyone was friendly and truly appreciated how accommodating they were.

Our server was Brandon and he was amazing! Food was incredible. We had several appetizers and a desert all of which were delicious! Our new favorite place, albeit a bit pricy.
