We had reservations and sat down no waitress for 15 minutes, ordered, check on us once no conversation , we go so many times to this cooper hawk, we have went yo the one in Algonquin better service, it was my husband birthday which we put on the reservation, waitress said it’s your birthday you get a free dessert, never got it

This is a very nice, upscale, chain restaurant. Had a very relaxed and enjoyable lunch with a carafe of the vinters' reserve blend. The short ribs were melt-in-the-mouth fabulous.
