We always have a good meal when we eat here! We do the wine tasting first then on to dining! The Brussels sprouts appetizer is wonderful! I love the chopped wedge salad! The entree’s are always great! And of course the waiters and waitresses are friendly and on top of things! Always very helpful!

We decided to try CH again to see if this location had improved at all. It had not. Just the two of us had to wait over 45 minutes after our reservation time just to be seated. Salmon the consistency and all the flavor of a fried eraser. Steak ordered medium-rare arrived well done. Our waitress was the only upside. Will not be returning.

Great experience. Paul was our server this time. What a great job he did. Personality was awesome. This location has made such a great turn around since last year. Paul will take great care of you if you are so lucky to get him, he has a great interaction. Not to much and not to little--perfect. Lee's Summit location

Now do not get me wrong about my scores, normally we love this place and always have good experiences from start to finish and in fact we are actually in the wine club here so we always get 2 bottles a month of course we pay for them in the club, but all in all is usually good. The problems last night was it just seemed that they were off and not having a good night. we had reservation at 7:30 pm on open table, they were running behind. Usually they will offer you a free glass of wine from the barrel by the hostess stand while you wait, they didn't, then we got seated about 8:15 and took a little bit to get out drinks and order taken and we only ordered soup and salad combo with an appetizer and had it all come out at once. When the foor came out we got the appetizer lettuce wraps, and I got my salad and lobster bisque, my wife got her salad but no soup she asked for the tortilla soup. they apparently ran out and were in the middle of making it but it took well over another 1/2 an hour for her soup to show up. Waitress was apologetic and offered us free dessert on the house which all desserts are 12.00 a piece so i ordered the Creme Brulee and they were out of that also so I had to order something else and same with my wife. She ended up with Key lime pie which was fair and I ended up with some kind of a banana dish it was good but not Creme Brulee

Great food! I had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked. We came at a very busy night. Staff was obviously rushing. Service wasn’t that good unfortunately. It was my date’s first time there and I wanted to treat him to a nice dinner in a popular restaurant. However, his food order was mistakenly sent to a different table so we had to wait for the right one which took a while. He wasn’t impressed with Cooper’s Hawk. :-(

It was a very busy night but our server Tre was friendly, communicated updates with us and smiled! We look forward to coming back on a not so busy night! Also I want to thank Bryson the manager for fitting us in as a 5top vs 4 when my daughter said she could come home early!

Very disappointing. We were looking forward to our dinner for the first time at Cooper's Hawk and have enjoyed several other "high" end restaurant experiences. While the wine selection was enjoyable the food was extremely subpar especially for the price charged. My wife and I both had the filet. We could barely cut through it even at a temp of medium rare. So already done complaining and already done with Cooper's Hawk.
