Restaurant understaffed for busy Valentine's Day weekend. Had a reservation for a birthday dinner on Feb. 16. Still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, despite seeing several empty booths available. Quickly realized kitchen was backed up so they were trying to time seating. They were out of some items, and some of our orders were not good. Mahi sandwich was overly salted and not a good choice. The seafood for the Shrimp and Scallop Risotto was served cold on top. Had to cover it with the risotto to warm up. Food took 45 minutes to get to table after ordering. Restaurant was very busy, prices just weren't on par for the experience. Similar experience dining here for lunch on a regular weekend day recently too. Unfortunately too may bad experiences in a row, we won't return.

Amazing food! Easy to reserve our seats and the service was excellent. Food is a little steep, but you get what you pay for.

We have been going to the Lee's Summit location since 2023, and all aspects of Cooper's Hawk are amazing, including the food, service, and ambiance. Love all the gifts available to purchase for wine lovers in the wine tasting room. We went for Valentines dinner recently. Although we had reservations, we did have to wait a bit as it was very busy. The wait, however, was not bad at all with complimentary glasses of wine and places to sit if needed. We had the great server, Tim again, who was attentive, funny, and even sang happy birthday to my husband. The food and whole experience truly make it 5 stars for us!

I will preface this and mention that this visit was on Valentines Day, so it was very busy. The place was packed at 4pm when my wife and I arrived for our 4:15 reservation. We were seated at 4:28. The server was very good, and explained the menu. We started with pot stickers, which were amazing. The sauce was perfect. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with green beans and Betty’s potatoes. The chicken was excellent and those potatoes were delicious. The green beans were a little undercooked for my liking. My wife ordered the spaghetti and meatballs (it was around 4:50 when we ordered). A manager told us around 5:15 they were out of spaghetti and meatballs. She wound up ordering just a wedge salad. Overall it was a good experience with great food, however we were both disappointed that they would run out of a menu item at 5pm on a major restaurant day
