We waited a long time for stuff each time our server came to our table. This is the first time we have had bad service. We waited about 40 mins for our food. We had friends with us that had never been there before and I hope they will wanna go back

Food is always consistent (Dana’s parm crusted chicken and key lime pie). Understand its NYE, but our service was pleasant but very poor. Other Cooper’s Hawk restaurants have a manger going around speaking with customers. Tonight as busy as it was, the manager stood at a table across from ours chatting with people he knew for 15-20 minutes. Never saw him speak with other tables. We had to ask 3 time for the salad that finally came when my husband was nearly done with his steak. Bottom line, food was good and service poor!

We've dined here probably 6-8 times in the past. Always great service, very good food. Tonight, there were 6 of us and if it were my first experience, I would not go back. Not one of us had hot food. The meals were only "ok" by our table's consensus. Service was still great, as always. My parents got calamari and had to send it back because it was so chewy. The best parts of the meal were the pretzel bread, the drinks, and the eggroll appetizer (which was not hot). We were extremely disappointed in the food.

My mom and I decided to have an early Christmas Eve dinner at CH Winery. We arrived at 2:30, so we were still able to order off of the lunch menu, which was the perfect portion. Taylor was our server, and she was fantastic (engaging, responsive, knowledgeable, kind). Our food was fine, but not the best meal I’ve had at this location, primarily because of course timing and food temperature. My side of broccoli was cold. It was so good during my thanksgiving meal, I wanted it for Christmas. This time, the broccoli was a disappointment. All of the plates served were tepid, and I prefer my food to at minimum be warm, and optimally hot. There weren’t a ton of patrons, so I’m not sure what the issue was in the kitchen. I’m not one to send my food back, so I did my best to enjoy it. I tried the gluten free s’more bundino today, and I really enjoyed it. It’s huge however. You could split it with 2-3 friends. The burnt lemon sangria was also lovely. It doesn’t taste like a wine based cocktail, it definitely tastes like a spirit based drink. The overall experience was good because of Taylor’s service. Hoping our next visit is five starts across the board.
