We went to Cooper’s Hawk for Thanksgiving. This was our second year doing this, as it was such a great experience last year. It’s one of our favorites local restaurants, with an amazing menu.

We have always loved the food and experience at Cooper’s Hawk! Today we ordered their Thanksgiving dinner which didn’t taste quite as expected. Lots of food however the turkey was very dry. Very dry. They didn’t hardly put more than a tablespoon of gravy on top. No gravy on the potatoes. Green beans also needed lots of seasoning. The stuffing and pecan praline cheesecake were the best parts of the meal.

Loved our visit today, surprisingly super busy on Thanksgiving! We were served with a smile and our server was a delight the entire time. Food was amazing per usual!!

We started at the Wine Bar with our monthly tasting.Lorrie behind the wine bar is always the best and a Sommelier!! Tons of knowledge. Our server Lashonde was fantastic. Friendly and prompt as server. Food was perfect!!

11/25/2024: I was here for dinner and to pick up 6 bottles of wine. I asked that I hold 1 bottle so I could have it at the table. Must've been a new lady cause she repeatedly told me I couldn't as i repeatedly told her I could. Finally, she asked someone else who told her the exact same thing I did. Geez! 🙄 I had a wine sampling prior to my reservation. The lady handling my samples was named Lorrie. She was rude! 🤬 There is no other way to say it. She was short with people, snotty, and if you mispronounced a wine, she corrected you in a very condescending manner. She gets 1 star ✴️, and that's being generous. I will never have another sampling with her. Ever! Now here's where I give the 5 🌟stars... Our waitress was pleasant but also funny. It almost felt like we knew her. We didn't, but she was that personable. The food was amazing. We both had the braised Short Rib with different sides. You can never go wrong with that. The pretzel bread was amazing! This is the 1st time that I've had this kind of rudeness in multiple aspects in the same setting. I've always had a great time at CH. I sincerely hope this is a 1 off and isn't a reoccurring theme, or I will not return and cancel my membership.

We made a reservation on open table. We arrived on time. We were seated 35 minutes after our reservation. The server came to the table and stated they would be back, Then another server took our order. Then, the initial server came back. The food was satisfactory. Overall, not a great experience.
