The Thanksgiving dinner was as just wonderful. The turkey was moist & tasty, both dark & and white meat. The dressing delicious & traditional. The green beans crispy, tasty & not over cooked. The most delightful surprise was the gravy made from the juices of the turkey. The best restaurant Thanksgiving dinner I have ever had.

Thank you, Coopers Hawk, for a wonderful Thanksgiving Day meal. We are hosting a big meal the day after, and needed to pick up our wine club for November and December. Having a traditional turkey dinner for lunch made it all work out perfectly for us. Service, food, and wine were are enjoyable as usual.

We had an outstanding meal today at Cooper's Hawk. We had reservations, and we were promptly attended to at our table. The server, Jacob was very attentive, and the food was superb. Highly recommend their dessert menu, also. We always enjoy the atmosphere and food at this restaurant in Springfield, Illinois.

Wrong drink, wrong soup but all tasted good. Just a few kinks in the chain. But for the price you pay those should be worked out.

This was our first, our ONLY, not so good experience. We needed to hurry because of tickets to an event. Our server seemed to be in slow motion. The food was fabulous, as always (which is why we brought our first timer friend), but everything was SLOW…

On November 23, 2024, Jacob was an excellent and friendly server. He had lots of tables. However, he took care of everyone and was very efficient, kind, and inviting. Food is always consistently good. Thank you for having us as it was a Friendsgiving with my girlfriend who lost her husband on June 14, 2024.
