It was Christmas eve and the wait staff was hustling and exuberant as ever. They had a busy day, it showed, but they worked as hard as ever. Great crew, magnificent dinner, awesome wine. A good time was had by all.

It was a busy night (Dec23) but despite that, we got our food very quickly! It was hot and delicious- as always. Cooper’s Hawk never disappoints!

It was a busy night being Christmas week. I made a reservation for 5:30. They were not ready with all the others waiting. It took almost 15 minutes to get table past reservation time. I ordered the signature ale. After 5 minutes, I was told they were out of stock. I then ordered a PBJ old fashion and virgin strawberry dacquiri for my daughter. Someone came to our table to let us know they did not have a blender to make a dacquiri. Changed that drink to Shirley temple. It came quickly. Still no sign of PBJ old fashion. I was told it was accidentally delivered to another table. My drink will arrive soon, I was told. It eventually was delivered. We ordered our food. It took a little while. But, we were there to cherish my wife on her birthday. It was up to Cooper’s Hawk to add anything to the experience. They did not. When the check came, we had an entree on our bill we did not order, 2 PBJ old fashion, and a strawberry dacquiri. I find it odd to be charged when it was known that one PBJ was delivered somewhere else. The dacquiri was the oddest since we were told that they do not have a blender to make it. How would it be an option for server to enter? The bill was brought back corrected, nearly $70 difference. The extra entree was discounted and not removed. This caused the automatic calculation for tip to be high. A very strange night. On the way out, my wife slipped a little on the floor. I find most of this to be at the feet of the manager. They were not prepared and it put the whole placed under stress and it did not handle it well.

My daughter and I enjoyed the brunch this past weekend. The drinks and food were delicious! I highly recommend anyone who is considering to go ahead and have this experience.
