We did the brunch today. Everyone’s meal was luke warm to cool. Our waitress was nice but needed a little more training. Not sure we’ll do brunch again. But will always do dinner

Had a 6:45 reservation for 4 on 1/11/25. Checked in on time to a crowded lobby and were seated about 40 minutes after our reservation time. Were provided with menus and then no server arrived for another 10 - 15 minutes. Salads arrived about 15 minutes after our orders were taken and then we waited another 90 minutes for the entrees. We had noticed other customers giving up and leaving without being served. We were seated near the kitchen and noticed that food simply was not coming out. When the entrees arrived, one of them was an entree that had not been ordered by us and had to be replaced. I had to send my filet mignon back because (1) the plate had congealed grease on the plate --- filets are not greasy and (2) everything was cold. They had fixed it by just microwaving it on the plate. The manager did comp two meals and we knew it was not the server's fault but something is seriously wrong at this place. What should have taken from 60 - 90 minutes from reservation to finish took over 3 hours. Had never been here before and will never be back.

Always get a great experience at Coopers. Heather and Jackson were excellent servers, love the CH white wine, food was wonderful. Our go to place now if someone comes to town.

Worst service we’ve ever received at this restaurant. Food took over an hour from order to the table. Couldn’t flag our server down because she was either talking with other tables or couldn’t be found. Ordered a bottle of wine when our food arrived and finally had it delivered right before we finished eating. Dinner service on a busy night should normally take an hour. From sit down to out the door was just under 3 hours.
