The beef filets were not flavorful. I got the trio of medallions... very poor presentation.... all different sizes and over cooked. Overall it was just very underwhelming for the price.

Cooper'sHawk is one of our favorite restaurants. It was super busy last night but that didn't slow down our service or reduce the excellence of our meals. The monthly Chef special was a butternut squash ravioli with shrimp and lobster pieces in a rustic sauce. My husband loved it. Of course, starting our experience in the tasting room with a flight of 8 variety wines is a great way to start the evening.

Me and my sister dined with Courtney tonight, I’ve had plenty outstanding servers at Cooper’s hawk but this was my second time with this specific waitress. She can turn any random night out into a sincerely special one. She should be recognized for her hard work. (She was slammed with tables tonight but still was very attentive) good management as well.

It was raining pretty hard during arrival/departure and would have been nice to have someone or a shielded covering so that the ladies could enter w/o issues. Even better yet would have been an attendant. In the same vein it would have been nice to have a place for all the wet umbrella's.
